“No Hassle” 30 Days Return Policy

We at 360 Brands understand that buying shoes and clothing online is convenient, however, we know sometimes it might take a couple of tries to find that right piece for you!

We’re committed to helping you; which is why you may return the items bought online within 30 days of purchase (for any reason, no questions asked) for a full refund or exchange!

Returned Items

  • When returning an item, we ask that it is kept in the original new condition without being worn or washed along with attached tags and packaging.
  • Loss or damage in transit is rare however it might happen! please take a photograph or two showing the damage and email it to our customer support team customerservice@360brands.com.au to investigate further with the courier and issue a replacement for you.
  • Items that cannot be returned are: personalised products, underwear and earrings.
    • The refund amount you will receive is for the returned item less the postage charges (no postage charges will be deducted if the item was shipped out for free).

How to Return

If you have created an account with us when you placed the order, you can simply:

  1. Login and go to orders page
  2. Find the order, click on the “Return Order Button” then select the desired item and submit
  3. Done! one of our customer service team members will get in touch with you soon

 

You don’t have an account? That’s absolutely fine, simply use the below fields to locate your order. Once you do that click on the “Return Order Button” then select the desired item, click submit and that’s it! One of our customer service team members will get in touch with you soon.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received, we will send you a notification (any issue with the item will be highlighted at this stage). Further processing the refund will lead to credit automatically being applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within few days.

In case you have not received a refund within a week of the notification, please check your credit card provider or paypal, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
